Please read this acceptable use policy (“policy”, “AUP”) carefully before using Vouched’s services (“service”) operated by Wolly Labs, Inc. DBA Vouched (“us”, ‘we”, “our”).

This Vouched Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to the use of any product, service or website provided by us (Vouched), whether we provide it directly or use another party to provide it to you (each, a “Vouched Service”). This AUP is designed to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to the Vouched Service. This AUP also protects the interests of all of our customers and their end users, as well as our goodwill and reputation. These terms are so important that we cannot provide the Vouched Service unless you agree to them. By using the Vouched Service, you are agreeing to these terms.

If you are using any Vouched Service, this AUP applies to you. Every customer of ours agrees to abide by this AUP and is responsible for any violations. You are not allowed to assist or engage others in a way that would violate this AUP. We will enforce and ensure compliance with this AUP by using methods we consider to be appropriate, such as complaint and email failure monitoring. We may also suspend or terminate your use of Vouched Services pursuant to our Terms of Service for violations of this AUP.

Services provided by us may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the services. Any material or conduct that in our judgment violates this policy in any manner may result in suspension or termination of the services or removal of the user’s account with or without
notice.

Prohibited use
You may not use the services to publish content or engage in activity that is illegal under applicable law, that is harmful to others, or that would subject us to liability, including, without limitation, in connection with any of the following, each of which is prohibited under this AUP:

• Phishing or engaging in identity theft
• Distributing computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code
• Distributing pornography or adult related content or offering any escort services
• Promoting or facilitating violence or terrorist activities
• Infringing the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others

Enforcement
Your services may be suspended or terminated with or without notice upon any violation of this policy. Any violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
